  7.    okay, for those of you who dont know, the busy box is a box that disables a 
  8. persons fone line. but, in doing this, the dial tone was also removed. the new
  9. busy box takes care of this problem. it disables the fone line, but the dial
  10. tone remains. when i say disabled i mean that no outgoing calls can be made
  11. and if someone tries to call in, the line is busy (unless the person has 
  12. call-waiting. if they do, the phone will just keep ringing). there's one more 
  13. thing before we get into contruction.

  22. - ingrediants -
  23. ---------------
  24. 1) touchtone fone (not a cordless)
  25. 2) tools to take the fone apart with. this one you'll haveta figure out, 
  26.    since there are many different types of fones.
  27. 3) a few inches of fone cord
  28. 4) wire cutters
  29. 5) aligator clips
  30. 6) soldering iron and solder (optional but recommended)
  31. 7) a small box to put it all in (optional)

  33. - construction -
  34. ----------------
  35. 1) okay, first of all figure out what you need to take apart the fone. then 
  36.    take it apart. 
  37.  
  38. 2) once you're inside the fone, follow the wires coming from the modular 
  39.    plug (usually red & green) and see where they go into. they should lead 
  40.    into some type of main circuit board thing.  there should also be a few 
  41.    other wires connected to the circuit board such as the microphone, 
  42.    speaker and key pad. disconnect all of those (and any others) except for 
  43.    the speaker.

  45. 3) now what you need to do is cut the two wires coming the modular plug (the 
  46.    red and green ones). you will want to cut the wires off about 3 or 4 
  47.    inches from the circuit board to give yourself some wire to work with.

  49. 4) next, take the two ends that you just cut of and connect aligator clips 
  50.    to them.

  52. 5) this part may take some knowledge about beige boxing but i think you can
  53.    figure it out. hook up your current creation to a fone line like you would 
  54.    a beige box with the aligator clips. put the speaker up to your ear. if 
  55.    you hear a dial tone you've successfully built a new version of the busy 
  56.    box. if not, well just start again from step 2.

  58. - tips for construction -

  60. okay, i realize my directions were prolly kinda confusing. but if you're having
  61. trouble read them carefully. another veru helpful thing to remember is that
  62. all the box is really doing is simulating a fone off the hook. that is basically
  63. how i thought the whole thing up. if you're having trouble just keep at it and 
  64. you'll soon realize its really very simple to build.

  68. okay so you've built this bad-ass and you're prolly wondering how to use it.
  69. so i'll tell you. the new busy box simulates a fone off the hook. so, what you
  70. do is go to the victim's house and hook it up to their fone line. the best way 
  71. to do this is to find the little gray box on the outside of their house. open
  72. it up and then hook it to their phone line. when hooking it up just remember,
  73. red to red, green to green. for a more detailed descrip on how to hook it up,
